For the first 10 community organizations that sign up after this page goes live. Existing clients do not take a spot and keep what they pay today. 25% off the regular monthly price of the plan you choose, rounded down to the whole dollar: Noticeboard $44 a month, Service Desk $111. Yearly is 10 months of the founding monthly price: $440 and $1,110 a year. Locked for as long as your plan continues. Changing plans keeps 25% off the new plan's regular price. It ends if the plan is cancelled. It applies to plan fees only, not quoted work. It combines with yearly billing but not with the linked-program discount; the larger discount applies.

Frequently asked questions
Nobody on our team is technical. Can we still run it?
Yes. Hope Tech sets it up, brings over your main pages and trains your staff. After that, the everyday work is posting news, reading sign-ups, updating volunteer records and logging gifts, and a person answers when you email us.
We run a free clinic or a legal clinic. Where does Manara fit?
Manara runs your public website, volunteer sign-ups and credentials, gift records and funder reports. It is not a medical record or legal case system, and it does not offer HIPAA business associate agreements. Use Manara forms for sign-ups, RSVPs and general intake, and keep patient and case details in a system built for them.
Can Manara replace Calendly for appointments?
No. Manara does not book appointment slots, so keep your booking tool. A help-request form is coming soon: people will ask for help from your website and your staff will follow up, but it will not book a time.
How do donations work?
The Donate button on your site opens your donation page, so you can keep the one you use today. Fees and tickets paid by card on your forms go straight to your organization's own Stripe account, and Manara never holds the money. Cash and check gifts can be logged in Manara for receipts and year-end statements.
Can volunteers or a volunteer lead log in?
Volunteers sign up through a form on your website, and your staff keep each one as a record in your people directory, with their teams and credentials. Volunteers do not get a login. Your staff do, each with their own, and every staff login is a full administrator login for your organization, so there is no limited or read-only login for a volunteer lead.
Who can see our volunteers' licenses and background checks?
Only your staff, from their own logins. License numbers are stored encrypted and scanned copies are kept in private storage, never on your website. Manara does not send expiry reminders: each record shows valid, expiring soon or expired, so your staff can follow up.
I run a Muslim-owned business, not a nonprofit. Is Manara for me?
If you want a proper website with forms, events, announcements and a contact inbox, yes: that is the Noticeboard plan. Manara has no product catalog, online ordering or bookings, so it does not replace a shop or booking system.
Why isn't Manara free?
A person at Hope Tech sets up your site, brings over your content, trains your admins and answers your email. Manara charges your organization one flat price for that, and it currently takes no fee per payment.
Should we pay monthly or yearly?
Yearly costs 10 months' price for 12 months, so you get 2 months free. Monthly lets you stop at the end of any month.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup is included in the monthly price.
Is there a nonprofit discount?
These prices are already set for nonprofits and community organizations. You can pay less by paying yearly (2 months free), by joining as one of the first 10 founding organizations (25% off, locked while you stay), or by adding a linked program at 30% off. The founding rate does not apply to quoted work, and it does not combine with the linked-program discount.
What if we cancel?
Monthly plans stop at the end of the month you cancel in, and yearly plans at the end of the year you paid for. Before you go, download your form responses and any gift records as spreadsheets (CSV). If you own your domain name, it stays yours. Your website runs on Manara, so it stops when your plan ends. A founding rate ends when the plan ends.
Can we add another program?
Yes. A clinic, youth group or other program under the same organization, or under a masjid, is 30% off its own plan, with one login for your team.
