Keep each volunteer's licenses, background check and BLS (CPR) card on their record. Manara works out valid, expiring soon or expired from the date, every time you look.
In Manara, credentials sit on each person's record in your people directory, and each record shows its own valid, expiring soon or expired badge. Manara does not send expiry reminders, and there is no single list of everyone who is expiring yet. Open a person's record to see what is due. The Impact Report counts how many credentials on file are valid and how many have expired. Manara records what you enter and does not check licenses with any outside body.
Every figure shows what was counted and where it came from. Numbers Manara does not hold are left out, never guessed. These figures are read from the sample records in this demo, so they change when you edit a volunteer's dates or register a family.
Impact Report
The report has no figure for these. Manara does not record volunteer hours, visits or the value of services, and the report does not total attendance. If a funder asks for them, the honest answer is that the report does not have them, not a number built from a guess. Figures are only as good as the records your team enters.
Families register and pay online. Walk-ups pay cash at the gate, and the staff member who took it is on the record. At the door, one tap checks a family in.
Every sign-up lands here, with its payment and its check-in.
At the door. With the search box empty, this shows registrations that are paid and have not checked in yet. Search to find anyone, including unpaid or already checked in, so nobody is registered twice.
Card payments go straight to your organization's own Stripe account. Manara never holds the money and never sees a card number. Door check-in is on sign-up forms that take payment.
