Existing clients do not take a spot and keep what they pay today. 25% off the regular monthly price of the plan you choose: Storefront $44 a month, Main Street $111. Yearly is 10 months of the founding monthly price: $440 and $1,110 a year. Locked for as long as your plan continues. Changing plans keeps 25% off the new plan. It combines with yearly billing but not with the second-location discount; the larger discount applies.

- Each organization's records are walled off in software. Staff of one organization cannot see another's, and automated tests check this.

Frequently asked questions
We just need a website. Is Manara too much?
Start on Storefront: a website, announcements, an events calendar and sign-up forms, set up for you. Add more when you need it.
Can customers order online?
Not yet. Online ordering with a cart and a product catalog are coming soon. Today you can take catering requests through a form, and paid pre-orders for set items with card payment on the form.
Can customers book appointments?
Manara does not book time slots, so keep your booking tool if you use one. Customers can send a request through a form, and your staff confirm by email or phone.
Where does the money go?
Card payments go straight to your business's own Stripe account. Manara never holds your money and never sees a card number, and it currently takes no fee per payment. Stripe's own fees apply.
Nobody on our team is technical. Can we still run it?
Yes. Hope Tech sets it up, brings over your main pages and trains your team. After that, the everyday work is posting news, adding events and checking people in.
Why isn't Manara free?
A person at Hope Tech sets up your site, brings over your content, trains your team and answers your email. Manara charges one flat price for that, and it currently takes no fee per payment.
Should we pay monthly or yearly?
Yearly costs 10 months' price for 12 months, so you get 2 months free. Monthly lets you stop at the end of any month.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup is included in the monthly price.
Is there a discount for small businesses?
The prices are already set for small businesses. You can pay less by paying yearly (2 months free), by joining as one of the first 10 founding businesses (25% off, locked while you stay), or by adding a second location at 30% off. The founding rate does not apply to quoted work, and it does not combine with the second-location discount.
What if we cancel?
Monthly plans stop at the end of the month you cancel in, and yearly plans at the end of the year you paid for. Before you go, download your form responses as spreadsheets (CSV). If you own your domain name, it stays yours. Your website runs on Manara, so it stops when your plan ends. A founding rate ends when the plan ends.
